Refund & Cancellation Policy
Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before booking a tour.
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following policy.
All Sales Are Final
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
Once a ticket is purchased, it cannot be refunded, exchanged, transferred to another date, or rescheduled for a different tour time unless otherwise required by law.
Late Arrivals and No-Shows
No refunds will be provided if a customer fails to arrive at the designated pick-up point on time.
Our tours depart promptly according to the scheduled pick-up times listed in the tour description and booking confirmation.
No refunds will be provided for:

no-shows;
-
late arrivals;
-
missed departure;
-
failure to appear at the correct pick-up location.
Personal Emergencies or Illness
No exceptions will be made for personal emergencies, illness, travel delays, traffic, transportation issues, or other unforeseen personal circumstances unless required by law.
We strongly recommend that customers purchase travel insurance if they are concerned about unexpected changes to their plans.
If We Cancel the Tour
If Merchantour LLC / the Organizer cancels the tour, customers will receive a full refund.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Changes to the Itinerary
The Organizer reserves the right to modify the tour itinerary, schedule, route, transportation type, attractions, stops, or program when necessary due to weather, road conditions, closures, government events, supplier changes, operational needs, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond the Organizer’s control.
Such changes do not automatically qualify for a refund unless the tour itself is canceled by the Organizer.
Agreement Before Booking
Before completing a booking, each customer is required to review and agree to our Terms & Conditions, which include this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
